What the final text needs to cover (how the platform works today)

We store your name, email address, course progress, exam attempts and certificates.
Payments are taken by our Shopify store; the platform receives order details (email, items, totals), not card details.
We send transactional emails only: account, certificate, reminder and organization emails.
Certificate verification pages show the holder's name, course, dates and status to anyone with the certificate ID.
If your employer's organization covers your certificates, its admins can see your progress and certificates for courses on their roster.
You can delete your account from your account page. Your personal details are removed straight away; certificates you earned stay verifiable for 7 years, then they are deleted too.
No analytics or advertising cookies are used yet; only the cookies needed to sign in.
